“THE F44D,” food truck for Naan Hot Sand opened in front of the Nishinasuno Government Building!

I visited the nann hot sandwich specialty food truck "THE F44D" when it was parked in front of the Nishinasuno Government Building. I bought their recommended Margherita sandwich and ice cream tempura, so here are my thoughts.

“Tote-yaki Tour①” I took a bus from the Nishinasuno Station to the Shiobara-onsen.

From Nishinasuno Station, I took a bus to Shiobara Hot Springs Village. I went on a tour of the local specialty, "Tote-yaki." I visited four shops, and each offered uniquely crafted "Tote-yaki" that was absolutely delicious.
Izakaya & Bar

I had dinner at Komatsu Shokudo, a restaurant and izakaya near Nishinasuno Station.

I went to Komatsu Shokudo, a 2-minute walk from Nishinasuno Station, for dinner and a quick drink. I had the spicy in a delicious yakisoba, oden, and grilled rice balls, and everything was so good.

Tried the 100% ground pork menchi-katsu sandwich at moon breeze near Nasushiobara Station!

I visited "moon breeze" near Nasushiobara Station. It's a spot where you can enjoy food made with local ingredients and non-alcoholic cocktails. This time, I had the 100% ground pork menchi-katsu sandwich!
Izakaya & Bar

I had the “Uno Pork Yakiniku Rice” at the dining bar “UNOYA KITCHEN” near Nishinasuno Station.

At UNOYA KITCHEN, a Western-style dining bar just a 3-minute walk from the west exit of Nishinasuno Station, I enjoyed the Uno Pork Ham and Bacon Platter and the Uno Pork Yakiniku Rice.

Enjoy the daily special set meal at the retro café “Café De Grand Bois” near Kuroiso Station

I had the daily special set meal (chicken cutlet with tomato sauce) at the retro café ‘Café De Grand Bois’, a 2-minute walk from Kuroiso Station's West Exit. The chicken cutlet was substantial and incredibly tender, and the tomato sauce with its perfect balance of saltiness and acidity was absolutely delicious!
Japanese cuisine

Tried the Karaage & Menchi Katsu from Meat Deli “Kuroiso Broiler,” 10 Minutes from Kuroiso Station

Kuroiso Broiler, a meat deli shop a 10-minute walk from Kuroiso Station's West Exit. It's a bit far to walk, but I stopped by to pick up dinner sides and bought some karaage and minced meat patties.
