I stopped by the Western-style dining bar “UNOYA KITCHEN” near Nishinasuno Station and tried their veggie-loaded Uno Pork Yakiniku Rice.
It’s just a 3-minute walk from Nishinasuno Station, and the place serves “Uno Pork,” a brand of pork raised at the owner’s family farm, Uno pig farm.
I visited during dinner and ordered “Uno pork ham & bacon platter” along with their “Uno pork Yakiniku Rice.”

About taste and portion size
I started off with a draft beer — Carlsberg, the one known for its crisp, refreshing finish.
Then I ordered the ham & bacon platter and the Yakiniku Rice.
Uno pork ham & bacon platter
The ham had visible meat fibers and a firm, satisfying bite.
The bacon had less fat than usual, making it lighter and cleaner in flavor.
Both were packed with savory goodness — seriously delicious.

Uno pork Yakiniku Rice
The house-made spicy sauce paired perfectly with the Uno Pork — the fatty parts were sweet and super tasty.
With all the fresh veggies piled on, the dish looked vibrant and tasted just as good as it looked.

The atmosphere inside
When you walk in, there’s a counter on the left and table seating on the right.
The place is pretty compact, but the interior is really stylish.

There were lots of regulars, but even as a first-time visitor, the staff were super kind and patient, answering all my menu questions without any hesitation. Loved that.
