Just a 3-minute walk from Nishinasuno Station, I bought savory crepes at the sweet spot “Crepe Bar Senn.” I also ordered a custom blueberry & fresh cream crepe just the way I like it!
“Crepe Bar Senn,” a 3-minute walk from the west exit of Nishinasuno Station.
This crepe specialty shop lets you customize everything from the batter to the toppings to create your perfect crepe.
The shop also had savory crepes, so this time I tried crepes for both dinner and dessert.

About taste and portion size
The bacon pizza-style and prosciutto cheese crepes were served in a fan shape, while the original crepe was served in a cone shape.

Bacon Pizza Style
The saltiness and umami of bacon, pizza sauce, and the richness of cheese—
It was more like a “proper pizza” than I imagined!
Even though it’s a crepe, it feels like a meal.
It’s more of a substantial dish than a light snack.
Prosciutto and cheese
The perfect balance of prosciutto’s subtle saltiness and cream cheese’s smooth richness!
With a hint of black pepper’s spicy kick and aroma, it offers a slightly sophisticated flavor.
Original crepe
For dessert, I chose the classic “Blueberry & Fresh Cream.”

The whipped cream is light and fluffy, not overly sweet.
I think it pairs well with the whole wheat batter.
The blueberry sauce’s pleasant tartness adds a nice accent, balancing the richness of the whipped cream for a refreshing finish.
Even after savory crepes, it didn’t feel heavy, and I enjoyed every bite to the last.
Classic combinations really do offer a sense of comfort.
The atmosphere & service inside the shop
First, place your order at the counter, then wait inside for your crepe to be made.

Their original crepes come with a wide variety of toppings, so they have included additional instructions.
- Choose plain batter or whole wheat batter
- Select a cream-based topping
- Finally, choose your preferred fruit, sauce, powder, or other toppings
Since there are many options, they ask that you order by number.
They said you can eat in at night, but during busy times, it’s takeout only.
Features & Usability of Senn
Here’s a quick look at the dining scenes and facilities at “Crepe Bar Senn.”
Recommended for different occasions
Since they open at 14:00, how about “3 o’clock snack time*” or “light bites before dinner”?
Their savory crepes pleasantly defy the “crepe = dessert” image.
They’re perfect when you’re tired of sweet crepes or want a light meal.
They’re open until 19:00, so feel free to stop by for dessert after dinner!
*It’s kind of like an afternoon snack time in Japan, traditionally around 15:00, especially for kids, but adults enjoy it too.
