About taste and portion size
The breading uses coarse breadcrumbs, so you get a really crunchy bite right from the first mouthful.

The thick-cut pork loin is juicy, and as you chew, the savory flavor spreads through your mouth.
The fat isn’t heavy at all—if anything, it has a subtle sweetness—so I enjoyed it all the way to the end.

The sauce is on the sweeter side with a nice toasty aroma, and it pairs perfectly with the tonkatsu.
It definitely makes you want more rice.
The macaroni salad on the side has a comforting, home-style taste, and the shijimi clam miso soup has a gentle umami that really warms you up.

From the main dish to the sides, it was a set meal that left me fully satisfied.
If I had to nitpick, the roughly shredded cabbage might be a bit hit-or-miss depending on your preference.
The atmosphere inside
The interior is clean and tidy, featuring a counter and tatami seating areas.

The savory aroma of oil wafts through the air, further whetting your appetite.
After sitting down and placing my order, I began to hear the sound of meat being pounded.
The “Pork Loin Cutlet Set Meal” arrived in about 10 minutes.
The staff’s service was kind and attentive, leaving a favorable impression.
